The smartest
material kiosk
ever made.
Cooper runs your material room. Checkout, returns, and receiving in under 30 seconds — with a voice AI that knows every part, every count, every job. Even when the wifi doesn't.
Nobody writes it down.
in years. Everyone knows it.
Self-checkout,
for the shop floor.
Every movement of material becomes one fast, honest record — who, what, how many, which job. No forms. No clipboard. No “I'll log it later.”
Take out
Punch your PIN or scan your badge, tap or scan your material, tag the job, go. Favorites and recents put a tech's usual dozen items one tap deep.
Return
Unused material from a job goes back on the shelf and back on the count — credited to the job it came from. The returns pile is over.
Receive
New stock lands in seconds. Every count starts from a real receiving record — the ledger is the truth, not the spreadsheet.
Faster than walking
out unlogged.
Tracking only happens if it's quicker than not tracking. Every Cooper flow is built — and timed — to beat 30 seconds, gloves on.
Talk to your storeroom.
Cooper answers at the kiosk or in your ear while you walk the aisles. Stock questions, carts by voice, where-things-live — hands full, no problem.
Every foot, every fitting,
on the record.
Stock isn't a number somebody edits — it's derived from an append-only ledger of real movements. That's why the count is finally right.
Job costing, for real
Bids stop being guesses when you know what Job 214 actually consumed.
Accountability by default
Identity on every transaction — without playing cop with your crew.
Works offline
The kiosk keeps its own copy of everything. Wifi blinks, Cooper doesn't. It syncs when the shop does.
Request from the site.
Staged at the cage.
A tech forty minutes away sees real counts and files a request for tomorrow. The shop stages it before the morning rush. Pickup is one tap — and it logs itself as a take-out, on the job.
Any kiosk. Any counter.
Day one.
iPad on the counter
An iPad in a locked stand is a complete Cooper station — camera, mic, and speakers built in for scanning and voice.
Big commercial panels
Want a full-size kiosk at the cage? Cooper runs on those too. The software doesn't care what it stands in.
Scanners & badges
USB barcode scanners work out of the box. QR badge login gets a tech in — gloves on — in under a second.
Straight answers.
When can I get Cooper?
We're onboarding early-access pilot shops now. Ask for a slot — pilots get white-glove setup and a direct line to the people building it.
What trades is it for?
Built from inside the low-voltage world; runs anywhere material walks out a door — electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire, GC warehouses, facilities, makerspaces.
What happens when the internet goes out?
Nothing. Cooper is offline-first: the kiosk keeps a full local copy of your inventory, keeps logging every movement, and syncs when the connection comes back. A shop shouldn't stop because the wifi did.
What hardware do I need?
An iPad in a stand is the fastest start. Prefer a big commercial panel at the cage? Supported. Add a $30 USB barcode scanner and you're scanning day one — no special hardware required.
What does it cost?
Pilot pricing is simple and shop-sized — an iPad, a stand, and a subscription an owner can approve on the spot. Talk to us.
